The target audience for this short film is mainly people from Sheffield that like the city and learning more about the place. It will also be people who want to know more about Sheffield. The demographic for this will be
SEGMENT SYNOPSIS AND HOW IT RELATES TO THE BRIEF
The documentary that we will be creating will be about the museums in the city of Sheffield, we will be including information about the history of the museums, the financing of them and what they do to raise money and also the exhibits that the museums contain.
CONTINGENCIES
Someone dies 3 people are linked to the murder, they have all seen him on the day he died. First person is previous business partner who separated with him and lost the money and wanted revenge. Invention of something. Overly aggressive. Most suspected. He serves Mr cheese balls coffee and Cheese balls is very rude. Ex wife, hates him because he cheated with a man. Going over divorce papers in the café. He is rude to his ex- wife as well Poor local teenager. Calls in the murder. Teenager at the café with his friends talking about his hatred to Mr Cheese ball. He overhears them and talks about how poor the teenager is to his friends.

Planning what shots we want to get and what we want to convey through the film.

Editing the footage together.
EQUIPMENT
The equipment we will need it a camera to film the documentary a tripod to make the camera steady and straight and a microphone to record any interviews we may do and voice overs.
PROPS AND MODELS
The roles that we will be needing are someone to do the commentary over the visuals and also an actor to play the role of a museum staff member and answering the questions that have been answered by an actual member of staff from the museum.
HEALTH AND SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS.
For our healthy and safety we will not be filming in any environments that could be dangerous for any cast or crew that will be involved in our project, all equipment will be kept away from things that could be damaging such as water or heights. There will be a qualified first aider on set at all times to protect.
LEGAL AND ETHICAL CONSIDERATIONS.
According to Ofcom the content must be appropriate for broadcast before watershed and not contain any disturbing content, our documentary will abide to these regulations and not contain anything inappropriate.
Make sure that we have written permission for each place that we film in as some will be private locations.
DISTRIBUTION
Our short film will be uploaded onto the websites of the museums for them to use, it will fit well inside their information section as it is an introduction into what potential visitors should expect. The film could also be a general advertisement for sheffield and could be uploaded on websites like the Sheffield forum and YouTube.
